DATA OF MINORS
This web site addresses to a general audience, privileging adult users. The data of a minor who asked for the services on this website will be deleted without delay as soon as the company receives the communication about it.
USE OF THE DADOLAB COMPANION APP
The DADOLAB Companion App does not collect or store any personal data. For its use it requires an Android OS mobile phone with Bluetooth connectivity. The App requires permission to access the location in the background exclusively to be able to scan via Bluetooth nearby DADOLAB instruments to which it can connect. The location data is in no way stored or transmitted to DADOLAB or to other third parties.

In order to improve the management and accessibility of content reserved for registered users, DADO LAB Srl has introduced a dedicated web platform accessible through the following domain:
The platform allows authorized users to access documents, informational materials and restricted content made available by DADO LAB Srl.
For the use of the platform, the following personal data may be processed:

- access credentials (login and encrypted password)
- technical data related to platform access sessions
- preferences relating to the receipt of communications and notifications

Data are kept as long as it is necessary to supply the required service and, for what concerns the reserved area users, as long as the user is active. Some data can be kept for a longer period if it is required by Italian law (administrative conservation, legal protection).

The Data Subjects can always exercise their rights pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and right to object).
