Heated Isokinetic Probe HP5

HP5
HP5 – Advanced Isokinetic Sampling System for Particulate, Micropollutants, and PFAS
HP5 sets the benchmark for isokinetic sampling in full compliance with EN and EPA standards. Designed to deliver uncompromising precision, modularity, and ease of use, HP5 is the ideal solution for determining particulate matter, organic micropollutants, and compounds such as PFAS, dioxins, furans, and heavy metals.
With its compact, robust design in AISI 316 stainless steel, HP5 guarantees resistance to corrosion and high temperatures, even in the most demanding environments. The system integrates all sampling lines into a single unit, featuring Swagelok connections for secure, leak-free performance. Automatic temperature control, managed by the ST5 sampler or an external unit, keeps the system above the dew point, preventing condensation and preserving sample integrity.
HP5 is fully compatible with leading regulatory methods, including EN 13284-1, ISO 9096, EN ISO 1948-1, EPA Methods 5 and 23, ISO 11338-1, EN 13211, EN 14385, and OTM 45 PFAS. Its modular design enables simultaneous sampling of multiple pollutants, reducing time and costs. After filtration, titanium or glass collectors can be added to direct aliquots to derivative adsorption lines, ensuring compliance with official methods.
Engineered for field efficiency, HP5 combines ergonomics and practicality: integrated handles, a lightweight mounting system, and a rotating flange for quick installation on 4″ to 5″ nozzles. The sliding mechanism with rollers simplifies probe insertion and rotation, allowing fast and accurate swirl angle measurements. Weighing less than 1.5 kg, it offers portability without compromise.
Together with the ST5 automatic isokinetic sampler, HP5 forms the most complete and reliable solution for complex sampling campaigns. No imitation comes close—HP5 is the ultimate choice for precision, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
