GD1

GD1 is a portable compressor cooling system developed by Dado Lab for the treatment of emission gases.

Compact and highly efficient, it is designed to ensure precise dew point control and maximum protection for downstream analyzers.


Thanks to its automatic control system, GD1 continuously monitors the temperature of the cooling bath and only activates sampling once the set point is reached, preventing unwanted condensation.

As specified by EN 15058:2017, it provides the outlet dew point temperature via a type K thermocouple, ensuring it remains consistently below 4°C regardless of the incoming absolute humidity.

Dew point values can be directly integrated into isokinetic sampler ST5 reports, delivering complete and traceable process control.

GD1 not only matches but exceeds the performance of conventional cooling systems typically used for instrument certification.
