Our sampling probes are the result of experience, knowledge in combination with customer's feedbacks and suggestions. DADO LAB probes are designed to be tools helping technicians to get the job done easily and reducing, as much as possible, the typical issues occurring during the stack sampling operations.
Modular multi-function probe CP2

CP2

CP2 is a modular multi-function probe designed to perform measurements and samplings in small and medium-sized stacks.

The basic configuration of CP2 includes a type “S” Pitot tube and a standard thermocouple type K according to ITS1990. This configuration allows the execution of velocity profiles and flow determinations in full compliance with EN16911-1. CP2 is equipped with a quick coupling system to connect the ST2 speed and flow meter and, thanks to the ST2 integrated inclinometer, perform swirl angle determinations as required by EN16911-1 and CEN / TR17078: 2018.

CP5

The CP5 is the revision of the classic not-heated sampling probe for the isokinetic sampling of particulate matter in stack emission application.

The CP5 design and construction follow the philosophy of the HP5: easy and practical to use on the stack.

The CP5 is fully realized in AISI316 and is supplied including the AISI316 inner tube, thermocouple and Pitot Type "S" terminal.

HP1

The HP1 probe is the evolution of the previous MDG Probe, developed specifically to work in combination with FID instruments in compliance with EN 12619, dilution samplers or automatic measuring systems. The new HP1 is lighter, smaller and even more practical.

HP5

Heated sampling probe for the determination of particulate matter and chemicals in the gas phase.

Its unique design, combined with the clamps-free slide and lock device, allows the probe to freely rotate around its axis, needed for the swirl angle determination in accordance with the EN16911 and US EPA M1/2, while making it easy to move it with just two fingers.
