Constant flow sampler QB1-QB1e

QB1-QB1e

A line of portable constant flow samplers designed and built for applications that require air sampling.

The QB1 has been developed to satisfy the every day job of technicians; it’s easy to use, rugged and reliable thanks to the built-in protections for particulate matter and liquids, which are the main responsibles for damages to the pump and dry gas meter.

The QB1e line can also be synchronized with the Dado Lab ST2 speed and flow meter, allowing manual isokinetic sampling.

ST2 Stack Sampler

ST2 is a velocity and flow meter for chimneys able to work with all Pitot tubes available on the market.

ST2 is a unique instrument of its kind and the result of a development aimed at creating a solution that allows, at the same time, to simplify the evaluation of fluid-dynamic stack conditions but which also has reduced dimensions and weight, to limit the overall dimensions. in transport and, above all, in altitude.

ST5

The ST5 is the next generation isokinetic sampler, developed to be efficient, rugged, accurate and user friendly. The perfect companion for stack testers.

The ST5 includes all the measuring sensors, inside its robust structure making it a single practical device to be taken on the stack and reducing the need of maintenance.

Precise isokinetic condition, sampling flowrate is directly controlled with a mass flow meter which allows the fastest correction and have the flow velocity entering the nozzle asymptotic to the stack gas velocity.

ST5 EVO

The ST5 Evo is evolved version of the ST5 isokinetic sampler, developed to be even more efficient, easy to use, practical, cost/time-saving.
The perfect companion for stack testers.

The instrument is composed by two units, the Control Unit and the Pump Unit. The Evo version is designed to allow the user to take up on the sampling point only the the light Control Unit (6 kgs) while the heavy Pump Unit can be left down on the ground.

CF1 / CF1-UR

CF1 is the new flow calibrator made by Dado lab for the verification and calibration of personal, environmental or emissions samplers.

The flow measurement system is based on a laminar flow cell capable of guaranteeing flow measurements from 450 cc/min to 45 l/min. CF1 can be used to calibrate the flow rate of the samplers but also ambient pressure, ambient temperature (UR version), relative humidity as well as the volume of air that passes through the cell. All with one device.

Dado lab was established in 2013 by a team of people with many years of knowledge, experience and know-how in monitoring and sampling equipment for both environmental and stack emission applications.
