Compact Probe CP2

The CP2 is the compact and functional probe made as a practical solution for flue gas velocity and flowrate determinations. Made completely in AISI316 steel, it can be used with temperatures up to 600°C.

Its unique design, combined with the clamps-free slide and lock device, allows the probe to freely rotate around its axis, needed for the swirl angle determination in accordance with the EN16911 and US EPA M1/2, while making it easy to move it with just two fingers.

The basic configuration of CP2 includes a type "S" Pitot tube and a standard thermocouple type K according to ITS1990. This configuration allows the execution of velocity profiles and flow determinations in full compliance with EN16911-1. CP2 is equipped with a quick coupling system to connect the ST2 speed and flow meter and, thanks to the ST2 integrated inclinometer, perform swirl angle determinations as required by EN16911-1 and CEN / TR17078: 2018.
